資料來源與版權

本 App 不是政府機關、捷運公司、鐵路公司或 YouBike 官方 App。

本 App 使用之交通資料來源包括：交通部運輸資料流通服務（TDX）、台北捷運、新北捷運、桃園捷運、高雄捷運、高雄輕軌、台鐵、台灣高鐵、YouBike 微笑單車，以及其他公開或官方資料來源。

本 App 採用之政府開放資料，依「政府資料開放授權條款－第 1 版」規定授權使用。原始資料係由前述各資料提供機關提供。本 App 採用之 TDX 資料，依交通部運輸資料流通服務之服務條款規定使用。

地圖內容由 Apple Maps 提供，地圖資料、商家資訊與法律資訊依地圖畫面顯示為準。

班表、票價、車位、出口與接駁資訊可能因營運調整、資料延遲或網路狀態而變動，僅供查詢參考。

交通機構名稱、路線名稱、標誌、商標與第三方內容均屬其各自權利人所有。

This app is not an official app of any government agency, metro operator, rail operator, or YouBike operator.

This app uses transit data from: Transport Data eXchange (TDX) by Taiwan's Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Taipei Metro, New Taipei Metro, Taoyuan Metro, Kaohsiung Metro, Kaohsiung Light Rail, Taiwan Railway, Taiwan High Speed Rail, YouBike, and other public or official data sources.

Government open data used in this app is licensed under the Open Government Data License, version 1.0. Original data is provided by the agencies listed above. TDX data is used in accordance with the TDX Terms of Service.

Map content is provided by Apple Maps. Map data, business information, and legal notices are governed by the information shown on the map.

Timetables, fares, bike availability, exits, and transfer information may change due to operating adjustments, data delays, or network conditions. Use them for reference only.

Transit agency names, route names, logos, trademarks, and third-party content belong to their respective owners.
